Terms and Conditions Payment Options We use SumUP as our card processor for your convenience and security. SumUp Allows you to pay for your badges either with any UK issued credit or debit card via an email link. We can also accept cheques and direct bank transfers by previous arrangement. Unless prior arrangement has been made, all payments are required before badges are made. Returns In the unlikely event of a manufacturing error, you may return your badges to us within 7 working days. We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item being returned. See our returns policy page for more information. Refunds We strive to provide excellent customer service. Given that most products are personalised, we are unable to offer refunds once your product have been manufactured, except in the case of a manufacturing fault (see returns policy) Should you wish to cancel your order before they have been manufactured, then please contact us immediately. Cancellations Given that most products are personalised, cancellations can only be made as long as your product have not been put into production. Therefore if you wish to cancel your order it is important that you contact us immediately. Delivery All UK items are shipped as standard via 2nd class post. For urgent orders we can arrange for next day delivery at an additional charge of £10.00 (£22.95 for Saturdays) Postage Costs See product pages. Some Items have free shipping, some have a standard flat rate. Badge Prices Our current price list can be found here, pricing from £1.46: view our prices The badge price excludes delivery costs, which can be found on the same page. Set Up Costs We pride ourselves on offering a high class service with a fair and clear pricing policy. Therefore, we do not charge a set-up cost - irrespective of the size of your order. Privacy Policy We will only use the information you give to us purely to process your order.
