Do we pay online and is your website secure
Answer:
Our website is secure and has an SSL certificate. However it is NOT PCI compliant. The process to keep a website PCI compliant is long and time consuming. However we do use a PCI compliant payment gateway in the form of SUMUP. Once we receive your order and have checked the details etc, we simply send to your email address a secure payment link

If I don’t like the mug can I send it back
Answer:
Unfortunately No. As all our products are personalised we can’t resell them. However, Before we send out the product, whether its a mug, badge or clock etc. we always check it to make sure that it is to our best standard
