Payment Options
We use Paypal as our card processor for your convenience and security. Paypal allows you to pay for your badges either with any UK issued credit or debit card.
We can also accept cheques and direct bank transfers by previous arrangement.
Unless prior arrangement has been made, all payments are required before items are made.
Returns
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing error, you may return your badges to us within 7 working days. We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item being returned.
Refunds
We strive to provide excellent customer service.
Given that most products are personalised, we are unable to offer refunds once your product have been manufactured, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Should you wish to cancel your order before they have been manufactured, then please contact us immediately.
Cancellations
Given that most products are personalised, cancellations can only be made as long as your product have not been put into production. Therefore if you wish to cancel your order it is important that you contact us immediately.
Delivery
All UK items are shipped as standard via 2nd class Royal Mail post. For urgent orders we can arrange for next day delivery at an additional charge of £10.00 (£22.95 for Saturdays)
Set Up Costs
We pride ourselves on offering a high class service with a fair and clear pricing policy. Therefore, we do not charge a set-up cost - irrespective of the size of your order.
